The 2014 Lunar Level is here!

Every year Riot creates a festivity for the Chinese new year called the Lunar Level. This is the Year of the horse and as such players will be receiving a complementary Summoner Icon with a symbol of a horse. There are also other Summoner Icons for a specific accomplishment in LoL such as playing 2 games in Howling Abyss with a friend would earn you a special Dragonblade Riven themed Icon. This year's Lunar Level skins are Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere, Lunar Goddess Diana, and Dragonblade Riven. There are a few new ward skins for this year's festivities as well. Old Lunar Level skins will also be on sale as well as old ward skins. Be sure to vote for your path of Power, Truth, or freedom at the Lunar Level website na.leagueoflegends.com/en/tag/lunar-revel‎ as the winning path of your region will be a free Summoner Icon to everyone in that region. Have a great Lunar Level and I hope you can finish all the activities.

Clound 9, Dignitas ,and Team Solo Mid shredding the NA League Championship Series

Since the beginning of the LCS two weeks ago three teams have risen to the top in North America. From the first game of the Season Cloud 9 has destroyed its competition winning match after match and even going on a win streak until being defeated by Dignitas on one of the last matches of Day 2. The win on Cloud 9 has a apparently inspired DIG as they have gone on a winning streak ever since. TSM on the other hand has seen a winning streak after their loss to Cloud 9 on Day 1. They have since become undefeated and gone to the top in the North American LCS. Be sure to watch this week's matches to see how everything turns out on the spring split.
